Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Head of Human Resources at Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan in Karachi. The Regional Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance with labor and employment laws on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
Strong background in Employee Relations
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse educational environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
