1.      The International Rescue committee

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

2.      The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP)

It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select Supplier(s) for the International Rescue committee (Pakistan Country Office, located at Building, Plot No. 270, I-9/3, Islamabad) to supply (Food, Winter & Relief Items) as per Annex ‘’A, B and C” to IRC Pakistan) with delivery expected in various districts of Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan & KPK / FATA. All qualified and interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals. IRC is willing to work with provisional/local and national level vendors.

The winning Bidder will enter into a ‘’Master Purchase Agreement’’ (MPA) for the period of two (02) years, extendable for next 1 more year subject to satisfactory performance. Bidder shall be domiciled in Pakistan and shall comply with all Government Regulations.  Bidder shall be regular tax-payers and shall furnish a copy of their applicable license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2023-2024). Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
